高考口试的主要程序：高考口试时间为五分钟，考生有十分钟准备时间。凭准考证领取口试表，按要求填好表，然后由专人引导进入准备室进行准备，有关老师会把试卷发给考生。十分钟后，考生再由专人引导到分派处分配考场，分配之后考生就到相应的考场外等候口试。

第三章 招生计划

第十一条 根据教育部及江苏省有关文件精神，结合学校人才培养目标、办学条件等实际情况，统筹考虑各省（直辖市、自治区）生源情况、区域协调发展、重点政策支持，兼顾历年招生情况等因素，制定学校分省分专业本科招生计划。

第十二条 学校在各省（直辖市、自治区）的本科招生计划报由上级主管部门审批后，由省级招生主管部门向社会公布。

第四章 普通类专业录取原则

第十三条 对于报考学校普通类专业的考生，按照考生报考院校志愿的先后顺序录取。对于同一院校志愿进档的考生，各专业志愿之间不设分数级差，按照考生投档分从高到低，择优录取。

报考学校音乐学（师范）专业，文化分和专业分均达到考生所在省同批次最低控制分数线的进档考生（高考外语单科成绩不低于75分），录取时将根据各省专业统考（或联考）专业分从高到低的顺序择优录取；若专业分相同，则按文化分从高到低的顺序择优录取；若文化分仍相同，则按语文、数学、外语3门科目的原始分之和从高到低的顺序择优录取。
